I feel like I start every entry with the same thing...an apology for never updating this thing. I usually just forget and then when I remember, I'm busy with others. Like right now, I should be slaving away at a drawing assignment...but I'm here. Go me.

So I started school at Mass Art. Woo-freakin-hoo. The past couple months of my life have been a ridiculous roller coaster ride of stressfully working my ass off, desperately trying to make friends, and unsuccessful attempts at self discovery. So once again, I'm sorry I haven't had time to post anything new. Keep your eye out though, I plan on keeping up with this thing more often in the future.

Other than that mess, college is awesome, boston is the shit. I definitely made the right choice. I just need to get through this studio foundation year and then the good stuff starts. :D

Lots of good news in my world of photography!

So my bad for never updating my deviantart but I've been a busy bever lately.
I've been trying to pass this last year in high school, despite the senioritis while working too many hours.

But enough with the bad...onto the good.
I was accepted into Massachusetts College of Art AAAANDDD The School of Visual Arts. Mass Art is my top school so I'll most likely be going there unless SVA gives me mad dinero. Mass art wants me to attend this presemester portfolio program like two weeks before school actually starts because I suck at drawing. I was slightly bummed to be the first of my friends to leave for college but I'll get first dibs on the best bed in the dorm and while all the other kids are moving in and getting used to shit, I'll already be well situated.

I also submitted one of my photos (i don't have it in my gallery yet, but I will soon) to the Scholastic Art and Writing awards competition. So far it's only been judged on the regional level but I won the Gold Key award, which is like the highest thing you can get. It gives me an automatic scholarship to Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia but I wasn't even remotely interested in that school. Plus, tuition is expensive and i don't know how much the scholarship is. Nevertheless, my photo goes onto nationals and might possibly win more stuff. The awards ceremony is in Hartford on the 27th and I'm pumped!

And I got a new phone, it's awesome. AAaand I dyed my hair red.

OKAY PEACE OUT KIDS.

Should I put anything in the dA store?

I dunno, I was debating if it was worth it and I don't want to go back and make every one of my photos a available as a print.
I mean, I know I'm not one of those great photographers but I think I have a few people who like my work.
Is there anything anyone thinks I should make available as a print?

It's my Sweet 16th Birthday Today!

Hah. Yay. I'm happy so I figured this deserved a journal entry. This has absolutely no relation to art, dA or photography. Go go go go go shawty, iz yo burfday...except it's mine :D
